NewERA reconciliation now reports parsed claims, denied exposure, and data-quality issues.
About the product

DenialOS

DenialOS — also written Denial OS, and served from denialos.io — is the governed operating system for the hospital revenue cycle: eligibility, prior authorization, charge capture, claims, remittance, payment integrity, denials and recovery on one record, connecting intake, human decisions, team execution, payer follow-up and recorded outcomes without pretending those steps are autonomous.

Human authority

The system can structure evidence and prepare work, but a person selects actions, approves drafts, records payer activity, and closes outcomes.

Operational history

Selections, interventions, execution events, recovery work, payer interactions, and outcomes retain their historical lineage.

Trust boundaries

Organization-scoped authorization, PHI-safe notification payloads, audit controls, and database constraints are part of the product contract.

Current product boundary

The revenue cycle, with the boundary stated plainly.

DenialOS does not submit claims, connect directly to payers, predict reimbursement, or replace clinical and billing judgment. It makes the team-owned workflow explicit and auditable.
